As a result of the expectation generated by the world premiere of Star Wars Episode VIII, scheduled for December 15, 2017, the Palau de la Musica Catalana offers this programme to musically recreate some of the most celebrated passages of this galactic saga of films. The epic music that the brilliant John Williams created for this epic will transport the public to the powerful scenes of this saga, which has proven timeless.

The concert will also present fragments of other soundtracks composed by the same John Williams, all films of great impact and follow up such as Superman (1978), ET, The Extraterrestrial (1982) or the more recent Jurassic Park (1993).
